Mark is currently offering regular drop in classes on Kangaroo Island, as well as FREE online Meditations and Satsangs.

Monthly Yin Yoga with Mark

SECOND SUNDAY OF THE MONTH 3.00pm - 5.00pm
Held at CWA Hall, Penneshaw, (Kangaroo Island).

No booking required. $35 at the door. No prior experience necessary, open to everyone.

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster/cushion, yoga block (or similar), and blanket/shawl.

Please arrive 10 mins early.

Held on the second Sunday of each month, this incredibly delicious 2 hour class will take you deep into the heart of Yin Yoga. 

Yin Yoga is gentle but profoundly deep practice. Targeting the body’s connective tissue, these carefully designed classes reduce muscular tension, improve range of motion, improve circulation and aid in all the body’s functions (eg digestion, immunity etc). In addition they have a profound and lasting calming effect on the mind, thereby reducing stress and anxiety.

Time: 2nd Sunday of each month 3.00pm - 5.00pm

Bring: Yoga mat, block, bolster/cushion and blanket/shawl.

Free Weekly Meditation for World Peace

EVERY WEDNESDAY 7.00am
(MELBOURNE TIME)

Imagine if we united together with intention and faith, raising the vibration of our ourselves and therefore our families and communities. Imagine if we could meaningfully and measurably contribute to World Peace. 

Imagine the world returning to its natural state of integrated harmony, freedom, peace, abundance, trust and loving kindness. 

If everything is energy, and the low vibration is rising, we can counter this by firstly not buying into the fear, and secondly coming together as one, with a collective intention of unity, love and compassion. (see the work by Dr Joe Dispenza and the Maharishi Effect).

One way we can do this is group meditation. So we will gather every Wed morning 7am (Melb time) as many people as possible (via Zoom) to meditate on World Peace as a collective force of pure consciousness. 

Commencing this Wednesday 9th July our weekly meditations will be focussed on: 

  • Loving Kindness and Peace to the World 

  • Here we make a stand and let Global Love rise again

The more who can join these meditations the more powerful they are. So if you can, please join us. No meditation experience necessary just a pure belief that this is possible.

This is a led interactive session that also includes a short meditation. The intention is connection with like minded beings and feeling part of a conscious community.
